Style of command
This is the relationship between the boss and his/her colleagues, the way in which they communicate and understand each other, the coming together of stances.

There is no doubt whatsoever that a suitable style of command can be recognised by:

  • Fluid communication between people and between departments.
  • A network of colleagues motivated by initiative and creativity.
  • Efficient teamwork.
  • Clear and concise objectives.

... and this is always reflected by how those on the outside see the company.
