Productivity
Much more than increasing quality, so far as we are concerned Productivity, means...

  • ... increasing efficiency, increasing personal and team performance, clearly knowing what the objectives are, getting results.
  • ... replacing “intentions” with “actions and realities”.
  • ... doing more and better in the least amount of time possible, differentiating the urgent from the important, knowing how to prioritise.

And to do this it is absolutely essential to know how best to influence our customers, both internal and external, for them to become really involved with what they are doing, being external, to manage to increase not only their quality but also the quality of our customer portfolio.
