Our mission
At MRC we cooperate with our customers in order to modify behavioural patterns and attitudes of the employees that are not addressed to our organisational objectives and encourage and strengthen those of the staff that do. We especially centre on those aspects that are indispensable for an optimum and creative adaptation to the new demands of the company’s competitive strategy, in such a way that these are reflected in the Company Income Statement.
