Many managers are more or less clear on how they would like their company to be in the future, and in the majority of the cases they are fully aware that to reach where they want to go includes the need to change, since by doing things “as we have always done them” can make it difficult to survive…and almost impossible to reach the success that they have as their target.
However, doesn’t this “approach” end up by just being simple wishes and declarations of intent?
Human beings have always feared change, and only with adequate training is it possible to overcome this fear and lead the change in itself. Being fully aware of this, at MRC we offer our customers In-Company Trainings and Open Trainings, which are highly effective trainings in each one of their modalities.
The In-Company Trainings are generally given on our customers own premises where all those attending belong to said organisation.
The Open Trainings, on the other hand are carried out at Congress and Convention Centres in Andorra, Barcelona, Girona, Lisbon, Madrid, Prague and Vigo and their main feature is the fact that the people that attend belong to various different companies and are often from different management levels and profiles.
