Methodology
- 2 in-person sessions, with intervals of 2-3 weeks (16 hours).

- Video recording of participants and viewing to reinforce strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Intervals between sessions for practice. Immediate application to everyday life. Learning by Doing.
