We will work to ensure that participants speak in public with confidence and positive energy. Through practical techniques, they will learn to capture and maintain their audience’s attention, ensuring their message lasts over time.

3.- Gaining effectiveness and credibility with all types of audiences.

5.- Verbal communication and non-verbal communication.

7.- How to connect with the audience from the first minute.

8.- What image do I project to the public? Enthusiasm.

9.- Posture and gestures. Mood.

10.- My voice communicates: intonation, volume, rhythm.

In this 1-minute video, José Luis González from MRC explains a powerful tool, developed in this training, to maintain the audience’s attention when giving a presentation: the promise.

Methodology

  • 2 in-person sessions, with intervals of 2-3 weeks (16 hours).
  • 100% participatory training. Small groups.
  • Development of real and concrete situations that each participant faces in their day-to-day life.
  • Video recording of participants and viewing to reinforce strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Intervals between sessions for practice. Immediate application to everyday life. Learning by Doing.
  • Constant feedback.
