Goal

Getting an employee to act not as they are, but as they can become, is the great challenge a manager faces, and to achieve this, they must become a leader. The hierarchy appoints the manager, but the team chooses the leader.
We will develop a leadership style based on leading by example, setting high standards, fostering talent, overcoming fears and uncertainties, and cultivating enthusiasm; these will be the keys to building proactive and productive teams.
We will directly impact results by working on habits and behaviors that can be applied from the very first session.

Who is it for?

Designed for Managers, Middle Managers or those responsible for one or more teams (directly or indirectly), who have to lead, motivate and monitor collaborators.

Contents

  • To exercise leadership in a change process and achieve a proactive team.
  • Stimulate creativity, initiative, and boldness applied to greater effectiveness.
  • To ensure that negative inputs do not affect us and thus be able to promote a positive attitude in the team that facilitates better results.

  • To achieve a more committed, motivated and participative team.
  • Delegating to achieve more goals and “unlocking talent”.
  • Provide feedback to each team member and be a “coach” to help them develop their potential and thus achieve better results.
  • Perform monitoring and tracking of objectives to lead the team more effectively, generating a climate of support and trust.

  • Leading effective and motivating meetings.
  • Effective 360º Influence: How to positively and effectively influence upwards and all those involved in achieving our goals.

Methodology

  • 4 face-to-face sessions, with intervals of 2-3 weeks (32 hours).
  • 100% participatory training. Small groups.
  • Development of real and concrete situations that the Manager faces in his day-to-day work.
  • Intervals between sessions for practice. Immediate application to everyday life. Learning by Doing.
  • Constant Feedback.
